PREPARATION:

Step 1: Soak cashew nuts for 1-3 hours or overnight in a small mixing bowl. (You can use plain yogurt instead of cashew nuts.) Soaked cashews give your smoothie a milky taste without adding any milk products.

Step 2: Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until you get a smoothie like consistency. Serve chilled.

To get the most benefits you should consume fruit and vegetable smoothies immediately. If you want to make the smoothie for later consumption, drink it the same day. Store in the fridge.
